Our Story

Sicily is where it begins...

Michael Colomba was born in a small town of Sicily, called Castellammare Del Golfo, (TP). He has amazing memories of his childhood and feels blessed with exposure to many experiences from that time. (break) When he was a teenager his family moved to the USA, and as an adult he launched his career as a successful builder. This role required him to travel across this great country for over 35 years, from building Radar towers for the FAA in major airports to building coffee shops and other retail stores.

In 2012, he retired as a builder to pursue a new dream, “This great country has given me so many opportunities, I am privileged beyond all expectations. I now want to give others a taste of Sicily and share the hidden treasure I grew up with, by way of Brelundi.”

Michael has always been a foodie, this new venture is allowing him to share his vision to pursue, create and provide the same food experiences he grew up with while preserving the authenticity and quality, with flavors that commercialization of foods has taken away.

He believes strongly that with remarkable new cooking technology, awesome facilities and skilled food management, he can provide the best flavors and value for the next Italian meal for your family.
