Under our AranciniUS operation, we have two facilities where we produce several products.
Waltham Facility
Our Waltham facility is a USDA – FDA facility, where we manufacture our prized arancini in addition to all our meat products. The entire staff is trained and held to the highest standard of food preparation compliance, we take pride that our products are served in our Brelundi restaurants and are available in over 120 supermarkets and many other restaurant and bars in New England.
Tewksbury Facility
Our Tewksbury facility is our brand-new state-of-the-art food preparation and manufacturing establishment for the preparation of the best Italian food that are available to our customers served in our restaurants or available for takeout in both single portions and family size for those special family events.
